An approx 20cl Bottle of Jameson Whiskey bottled and labeled by T.McLoughlin, Parliment St. , Dublin. "7 Years Old Guaranteed" According to research through Midleton “Jameson, never, ever produced a Malt Whiskey. However ‘malt’ was often a term used to describe whiskey in general, even Pot Still. What you have there is a Spirit Merchant or Publican going rogue and getting his own label printed up instead of using the Distillery supplied one. Whatever printer was contracted to do the label came up with the ‘Malt’ themselves. I have no doubt that is Pot Still” The Cork is well aged with some residue in the bottom of the bottle. On the base of the bottle the letters A B D, the Label and paper seal are in very Good Condition. There is No bottle size or Alcohol ABV indicated. Further photos or info available on request. From Research we believe this to be Pot Still Whiskey from Bow Street

Fantastic presentation of the Jameson Rarest Vintage Reserve in an Oak box with booklet included An early bottling of the Jameson Vintage Reserve. This is a very special blend that draws its components from some of the oldest whiskeys available in the warehouses at Midleton. At its core is a generous amount of old pot still with some very old grain, but what sets it apart is probably the portion matured in a sweet, raisiny port pipe. This is a highly complex, fruity, spicy and sweet tasting blend and must rank as one of the best Irish whiskeys currently available. A rare treat. Bottle No. 19261 700ml  /  46%

A very rare find A numbered bottling that came from the original Bow Street Distillery in Dublin Bottled by A Millar & Co Ltd In Excellent overall condition "ltr"> Millar's JJ&S Ten Years Old A Millar & Co Limited, of 10-13 Thomas street, was originally a wholesale tea, wine and whiskey merchant with bonded warehouses and were also manufacturers of cordials and liqueurs. This bottle most likely dates from the 1970s, it was common until 1971 for publicans, wholesalers and spirit merchants to bottle Jameson direct from the barrel under there own white label provided by the distillery. The barrels would have been delivered from the Bow Street distillery directly to the merchant. Additional notes by Leo Phelan @thewhiskeybro
