A unique opportunity to buy a unique bottle from Ireland's Newest Whiskey Brand. The First Whiskey to be released from Limerick City for many years and this release definitely celebrates Limerick's Heritage and history. Aged in a single Oloroso sherry cask and bottled to cask strength, 61% abv. This is the first batch and is the first of a series which will follow the life of a single cask which will have future bottlings withdrawn from it  and allowing the remainder of this whiskey to continue to mature. This process will highlight the influence of time and the environment on the same maturing spirits taste and profile.
