An approx 20cl Bottle of Jameson Whiskey

bottled and labeled by T.McLoughlin, Parliment St. , Dublin.

"7 Years Old Guaranteed"

According to research through Midleton “Jameson, never, ever produced a Malt Whiskey. However ‘malt’ was often a term used to describe whiskey in general, even Pot Still. What you have there is a Spirit Merchant or Publican going rogue and getting his own label printed up instead of using the Distillery supplied one. Whatever printer was contracted to do the label came up with the ‘Malt’ themselves. I have no doubt that is Pot Still”

The Cork is well aged with some residue in the bottom of the bottle. On the base of the bottle the letters A B D, the Label and paper seal are in very Good Condition.

There is No bottle size or Alcohol ABV indicated.

From Research we believe this to be Pot Still Whiskey from Bow Street

The Original Bow Street Distillery that traded under the Jameson brand was established on the Bow street site in 1780 and a distillery traded on that site right up until all production was moved from there in 1971. At one stage one of the largest producing distilleries in the world with 1,000,000 gallons, it still is one of the most recognised whiskey brands in the world and leads the way in the resurgence of Irish whiskey in the USA and Asian countries. The production under the Jameson brand now includes some innovative creations and blending’s and still the age statement expressions that have gained them a customer base with whiskey connoisseurs worldwide.
